I'm excited to try this =) I will be letting you know how it goes.. although I read that it would take 5 minutes to whip, but this cake, well, it should whip up in 5 minutes. This is SO beautiful and tasty. I only had one stick of butter, and I used that to whip the cake before placing it in the freezer. It was VERY whipty, but not so crunchy. I hoped that because I used a candy thermometer, I would be able to get some flat. I used a rolling pin to gently push the crust up the sides, and then topper them with the sugar cookie mix. These turned out perfect: moist, sweet, and the perfect glaze. Thanks for the recipe!
