1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons ice cream
2 cups milk
1 cup white sugar-packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, brown sugar, ice cream and milk. Spread mixture over a large serving dish.
In a large bowl, whip the egg whites until foamy.
Pull the top of each ingredient mixture, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of space on top of fruit. Sandwich over the whipped topping. Serve immediately.
