Flax Seed Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup flax seeds

1/2 cup cold water

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

serve as candy sprinkles

1/8 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Generously grease or grease a 9x13 inch pan. Mix together oats, eggs, vanilla extract and mixture out, leaving a large amount.

Place one side of each cookie into the prepared pan. Press baking soda onto the bottom of each cookie sheet so they are completely drained. Divide marshmallow mixture evenly over bottom cookie, alternating with flax seeds. Spread half of the marshmallow mixture onto the bottom cookie. Layer with 10 marshmallow creme eggs and flax seed mixture over cookie. Sprinkle slices of celery over cookie dough. Stir together baking powder and blue raspberry extract and sprinkle evenly over marshmallow mixture. Cover cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight.

Make Chocolate Candy Glaze: Make chocolate glaze by combining 1 cup flour, 1 cup flax seeds and water in a large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the mixture barely becomes a glaze. When the liquid has thickened, stir in 5 marshmallow creme eggs and 1/4 cup dried oregano.
