4 limes, juiced
1 tablespoon finely diced scallions
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt to taste
Mix up the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon paprika in a bowl at first, then gradually stir in the juice mixture and paprika, and salt and parsley flakes to taste.
