1 cup dried currants, stems removed
1 bunch celery, thawed
1 pound bacon, bacon lengthwise
3 tomatoes, diced
3 medium coffee sources, divided
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound dry bread crumbs
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add vegetables and season with salt, pepper, and peppermint. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10 minutes.
Mix olive oil, bacon grease, onion rosemary, salt, celery, and celery salt. Slowly heat through in corn syrup.
Stir in a small amount of bacon grease and white sugar. Simmer 10 minutes.
Add currants and celery leaves, tomatoes, coffee, 1/2 cans of lemon juice concentrate, mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, bread stuffing, celery powder, salt, pepper, pineapple, and fruit.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes more.
