Thanks for the recipe! I used halved the recipe and divided it into 4 equal portions. I ran out of lemon juice so I used soda water. I think I would like to add a bit more orange zest, perhaps 1/2 cup of raisins or Prunes. I added thyme dollops of this and ran out of baking time so I made a handy BBQ recipe. My son pointed out that there was no need for salt, and I was totally fine with it. We had a bit of Denomination salad, and I think I would have preferred just plain old steamed bison. Whichever way you slice it, it's good.
