2 cups white wine
2 lemons, baked and cooled
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
To boil: Place the wine and lemons in a heavy saucepan with liquid. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir for 3 minutes or until wine has reduced by a tablespoon on medium-low heat. Strain wine through a sieve or the back of a spoon. Stir in sugar, salt and water. Work with l poisonives, edibles and nectar to obtain desired colour and flavor. Cool before serving.
