2 pounds cheese slices
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried oregano
4 slices bacon
8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons hot Italian sausage or sausage links
In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, mayonnaise, onion, oregano, bacon, cheese curds, Monterey Jack cheese and hot Italian sausage. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
