Cocoa Nut Maple Pie V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon apricot preserves

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) package instant filled cream cheese and butter flavors cereal

Directions

In a blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, baking powder, lemon juice, and apricot preserves. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Place pieces of pie crust onto pie shell. Cool completely in pan. Sprinkle chocolate pudding over cream cheese portion. Place remaining pie shell on top of pudding. Cover, and freeze as desired.

While pie is chilling, creamer/fat free margarine in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally until mixture thickens and coats surface. Remove from heat. Cover, and pour over pie immediately after cutting into 8 squares. Chill until set. Serve warm.
