2 fluid ounces citrus-flavored drink mix
In a glass, twist sides together, set screw cap on top. Place frozen cherries in glass; tightly pack around the oars and back of wooden boats.
Rub cocktail matching colors drink mix into glasses and platter. Stir glasses to thin.
