1 3/4 cups honey
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup orange blossom water
1 cup lemon juice
1 (10 ounce) can caramel-colored HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
Place honey, orange juice, orange blossom water, lemon juice and 1 cup of candy brown sugar in medium microwave-safe bowl. Pour caramel color into microwave-safe bowl and microwave about 1 minute, stirring lightly; stir gently until candy mixture is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Microwave 1 1 minute or until mixture is hot. Reduce heat to low; stir in 1/2 cup butter. Spread over candy bars; refrigerate until firm. Store away from draft.
