1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon bitter orange zest
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
In a blender, combine milk, oil, lemon zest, citrus zest and orange zest. Blend until smooth. Serve as salad dressing or in sandwiches.
