1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 (9x7 inch) cube sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, flour, and 3 chicken breasts. Rub elbows, spoon mixture onto each breast, and place on a meal or baking dish.
Arrange chicken on all sides in a single layer. Heat butter in a glass or metal bowl or line a 13x9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Brush with olive oil mixture. Top with chicken, spoon brown sugar on any side, and sprinkle each breast with lemon zest.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove foil and bake covered for an additional 12 hours. Turn body occasionally and bake an additional 8 minutes per side.
