1 (3 ounce) can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (10 pound) whole chicken, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth and lemon juice to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, pepper and whole chicken. Mix thoroughly. Transfer to a large serving dish.
