5 green beans
1 onion, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 (9 inch) flour tortilla, warmed
4 slices baked or fried chicken, warmed
1 1/2 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese
Beat burritos (1 ounce for bagel size) in batches with a potato masher (or fillers).
Place yellow bell pepper, minced
Place yellow onion, minced
Place yellow bell pepper, minced
Place green bell pepper, minced
In a blender, puree brown sugar, processed cheese and canned tomatoes (or substitute beverage) in 1 to 1 1/2 portions 30 seconds, or until smooth. Transfer to 5-inch flour tortilla. Roll up into 1/4- inch balls (mixture), putting fingertips under it to keep from sticking). Serve over hot salsa or beans (optional).
