LL Cooling Mats help in the icier aspects of this. Mine did NOT react well to scorching oil. Thermochilled mine for 1 minute and then put into ice water. Verified oil by tap & drop. Fire deterrent by coating the bottom and sides of the rolling pin with epoxy resins. Won't duplicate but has definite benefits.

This was pretty good, but I ended up preferring the texture of dried pasta with the sauce. I'd say this is for vegans, since it calls for no condiments. I used site and variety brand pasta, which was perfect. Had a little extra, so used 2 egg yolks. Seems to work.
