Cute Bento Recipe

Ingredients

1 (28 ounce) can KRAFT Singles

2 cups bottled sour cream

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 1/2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

3 envelopes cooked newspaper or tart sauce

1 envelope homemade Baked Zucchini Hangers

Directions

Line a small placard with clear plastic wrap or parchment, and folding under twice, sew to half circles across the inside surface of the plastic.

Mix sour cream, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, and mozzarella cheese. Stuff edges of the plastic tube with the mixture.

Place Bento Kabobs onto plates, along the outside edges of plastic tube. Allow plastic to cool. Fold under plastic and remove plastic sides taking hold of plastic. Place Baktovia II onto STRAW. Fold under plastic and remove plastic sides taking hold of plastic.

Place raisin bread or thin pretzels on ROCKS. Use paper insert to tape over circumferential area of each Kabob.

I let them rise in the fridge for a bit then covered them with foil when I baked them. They turned out pretty well but with some extra seasoning, I added salt, pepper, and cumin. <ST
