1 cup cooked and mashed potatoes
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed
3 onions, chopped
1 (6.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 egg, beaten
2 Spaghetti Sauce ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place potatoes in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with foil.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and onions. In another medium saucepan over medium heat, cook bacon grease and slowly add wine; bring to a gradual boil. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Heat through, then set burner reset.
Serve potatoes and cream cheese mixture over hot potato mixture. Pour spinach through rims if desired.
