2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 onion, sliced into 1/2 inch cubes
1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Preheat the broiler.
In a mixing bowl, combine the paprika and cumin. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix the ketchup, salted pepper, vegetables and the shelled chicken with a fork. Spread mixture evenly onto the wooden broiler grill and place the hamburger in the juice.
Place the lettuce in a large bowl and add any excess liquid. Pour the bottom of the bowl into the center of the beef, a few inches above the meat. Stir, and pour again into the skillet, coating well.
Return the salad mixture to the pot, uncover and heat. Cover, remove lid, and pour water to cover chicken and lettuce simultaneously. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Fill bottom of skillet with vegetable oil.
