2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, sliced
1 (16 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 ounce) scoop butter flavored extract
1 teaspoon strawberry flavoring
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the cream cheese and strawberries. Gradually stir in sugar until smooth. Remove from heat, but not to all the way. Stir in the egg and lemon extract and beat until thickened. Fold in the lemon extract and vanilla. Beat in butter flavoring. Spread 1/2 of the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with the strawberry flavoring.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into squares or squares. Store in refrigerator.
Good simple recipe. I baked the rolls at 425 for 10 minutes and proceeded with the recipe. The rolls arrived clean and crisp. Only change I made was to use Flax Meal 3006 which is much, much better of a nutritional value per gram. I will be making this again. Thank you for sharing.
