1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup milk
1/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the flour, baking powder and butter until smooth. Beat in the milk and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the almond extract. Stir in the lemon extract. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
