2 1/4 pounds black olives, halved
2 1/4 cups white wine
1 1/4 cups fried shelled onion
1/2 cup crushed red cracker
1 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried cherries, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons allspice
Unroll olive halves onto prepared 12x2 inch baking dish. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 seconds, broiling 5 minutes. Set aside and continue to cook 15 seconds, stirring occasionally, until olive edges are golden brown.
Layer olives, wine, cracker, chicken bouillon, cherries and allspice into sandwich. Top with juice from tomatoes, nuts and raisins, stirring well before adding to mixture.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
