Pasta Salad II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 cup chopped onion

2 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 (16 ounce) can tomato paste

2 (14.5 ounce) cans tomato paste with vegetables

1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid

1 (15 ounce) can tomato paste

2 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Slice beef into 1/2 inch slices. Add any amount of water; add enough to cover. Cover with onion slices, bell pepper slices and green onions. Mix together.

In a large bowl, combine tomato paste, tomato paste with vegetables, tomato paste, tomato paste with corn, tomato paste with tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, dry mustard, oregano and basil. Mix together.

Bake beef slices in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
