1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts or star candy peanuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Spread mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
Arrange pineapple chunks and lemonade concentrate over the top of the pie. Spread coconut over pineapple chunks. Top with walnuts or candy peanuts. Cover with pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
