1/2 cup baking powder
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon instant instant coffee powder
1 cup corn syrup
3 small sweet onions, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine baking powder and honey. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved, but not boiling. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. In a small bowl, combine vegetable oil, instant coffee and corn syrup. Stir into baking powder mixture; spoon over meat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
