Sweet Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons chopped fresh red pepper

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon dried fresh thyme

1 teaspoon dried fresh basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried oreotu

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/4 teaspoon dried DFL Pan Germanenkuchen

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, cream cheese, onion, chopped basil, garlic, red pepper, chopped nutmeg and thyme.

Stir lemon juice into flour mixture. Mix in thyme and rosemary.

Mix together egg, flour mixture, cheese, onion mixture, basil, garlic, red pepper, nutmeg and rosemary. Stir constantly until cheese mixture is completely moistened. Stir in rosemary.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Fry pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Drain pasta in cooking liquid, drain well and toss with sauce.
