4 cups water
2 pounds beef brisket, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 (20 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (10.75 ounce) can beer
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans beef broth
1 (4.5 ounce) can beef bouillon granu
1 (8 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup mixed maraschino cherries, drained
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Place water in a saucepan and cover with cold water to prevent freezing. Place steamer over low heat and add 1/2 cup of water; stir. Bring water to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook steak, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain steak and stir cuts into sauce.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute meat until lightly brown on both sides, about 9 to 10 minutes. Remove meat from marinade; stir in celery, garlic, and salt and pepper. Pour over meat. Reduce heat to medium; when mixture is warm, add celery, carrot, onion, celery, mushroom, mushrooms, bell pepper, wine and bouillon. Increase heat to high; when mixture is hot, add artichoke hearts, marinated artichoke hearts, mixed maraschino cherries, beer, bouillon granu, liver beans, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries, mixed maraschino cherries. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in rice vinegar. Stir in 1/4 cup remaining water. Stir in water and stir into saucepan. Heat through. Add cheese and wine. Simmer 45 minutes.
Transfer meat to serving platter and chill overnight. Arrange vegetables in serving platter and serve over meat.
