1 (8 ounce) can anchovy fillets
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese and mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Place fillets in a medium bowl. add cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Remove fillets from refrigerated time.
Preheat grill for high heat. Place fillets on grill rack. Grill up to 5 minutes per side. Brush grill with lemon juice, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
