2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped peanuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place 1 package of D&B Oatmeal Cookies in the bottom of a springform pan. Place the other package on top of the first, creating a "Honeycomb" of the two cookies.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the each cookie comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool completely.
