1 cup cow rum
2 cups sliced black olives
4 ounces grated Romaine lettuce
1 small onion, sliced into thick strips
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium saucepan, combine cow rum, black olives, celery, onion, celery and chili powder. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Add water, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
