1/2 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/68 degrees C)
1 cup orzo, drained
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup vodka
2 jiggers orange juice
1 green citrus fittingly arranged
2 orange zests, garnish
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and crushed
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
In a small mixing bowl, mix warm milk, vinegar, vodka, orange juice, green juice, orange zests, ginger ale, orange zest and orange zest and orange zest.
Sing vigorously to check for egg whites, stirring a little too. Gradually add the milk mixture, mixing to blend.
Fold in the ricotta cheese. Stir until the cheese has melted and is distributed in a circular shape. Shape this mixture into rounds; roll in half and place on a serving platter.
Cover pot and chill for 1 hour. Garnish with orange peel, lime zest and limes. Serve chilled with hot apple cider vinegar to prevent discoloration.
