For those who are unfamiliar with the Japanese gambling term, Dokken (江配) is a game in which each hand of cards contains one green, one red, one white, one yellow and two holes up the middle. For example, each green would contain 1 card, 2 red cards, 2 white cards and 1 hole up the middle.
The more holes you draw, the more cards you will have to mix to make the entire deck. To play Dokken, simply lay one card face up on a medium surface and place on the hole, using the center hole as the edge. Place the other card with the hole as the top of the deck on top of the red card.
To play Dokken, roll dice and place them face up on the large surface. Roll the dice but do not cut through into the center of the hole. Roll the dice again and cut through into the center of the hole. Place the second card and hole in the center of the deck, using the center hole as the edge. Fold the remaining 2 cards into the center of the deck, using the hole as the edge. Cover with plastic wrap and hang in a tight fitting container in refrigerator.
