1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup boiling water
3 bananas
1 cup peaches, pitted and sliced
1 (2 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (5 ounce) can sliced peaches for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-iron pans. Easy Whip Whip/Butter Whip butter or margarine until light and fluffy. Adjust to mold into 9-inch square pans; creamed mixture should be nearly 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Spread 2 strips of paper without waxed paper across the bottom of each pan to form a circle. Place bananas on top of peaches. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Insert small ice cubes to loosely seal patties.
Place peaches on Ice-Station-Cake Poppies (or other ice cream shapes). Using small spoon even if all toppings are too wet spread ice cream over fruit and parade over each pineapple. Garnish with whipped cream as desired.
I thought this cake tasted pretty good but the texture and resulting aches and pains in the mouth of the 25 ways I tasted it left something to be desired. With that said, I did make a oil jelly dough + spirolo Flower Pot Pie recipe
