1/2 cup power butter
1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon orange zest
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and orange zest. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and boil for one minute. Cool slightly, transfer to a clean bowl, and chill in refrigerator.
Strain juice through fine cotton strainer (e.g. to get a thick syrup) into a mixing bowl.
Combine orange juices, lemon juice, and orange zest; mix thoroughly. Decorate with whipped cream.
