1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 (16 ounce) package raisins
1 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 (16 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 (2 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (1 ounce) square white chocolate candy
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
On a large sheet, layer raisins, brown sugar, egg and 1 cup white chocolate chips.
On a medium sheet, layer raisins, brown sugar, egg and 1/2 cup instant pudding mix.
On a small sheet, layer raisins, brown sugar, egg and 1/4 cup instant pudding mix.
On a medium sheet, layer chocolate candy, pecans, chopped pecans and raisins.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Cookies should be at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
