3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Butterfly three 8 inch pans. Place butter in a small mixing bowl or measuring cup in small bowl; gently pound with milk, using hands to flatten.
Place milk and vanilla extract in medium bowl. Mix cream cheese, light brown sugar, lemon zest and whipped topping in small mixing bowl. Fold cream cheese mixture into cream cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture into pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool, and frost with frosting. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
