1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 (3 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 quart orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
Place pineapple in a double boiler over water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and cook until tender and transparent, about 10 minutes.
Remove pineapple from heat, remove stems and cores, and set aside to cool slightly. Heat orange juice in a small saucepan or pitcher while stirring over medium heat. Pour lemon juice into pineapple, stirring or whisking constantly. Place again pineapple into skillet, adding lemon juice and orange juice to heat evenly.
