6 tablespoons minced prepared pineapple and 1 cup tomato juice
4 slices bacon
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
4 slices bacon
6 ounces processed cheese food
Slice pineapple into generous sized chunks.
In a large bowl, mix pineapple juice, bacon, mushrooms, bacon and cheese. Mix well. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle over your favorite turkey or vegetable dish.
