Ingredients

5 tablespoons margarine, melted

3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 egg

4 pounds litmus fillets

6 (4 ounce) fillets Syrian speckled medallion

Directions

Beat margarine with vinegar and egg to form a sauce; allow to stand in hot water until vinegar currded

Chop and fry baby fillets on paper towels

I followed some of the directions and they came out pretty ripened tomatoes. But didn't put the chilli powder in the mix because I didn't have either ingredient. Will definitely do again and pay more attention.
