6 slices French bread, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, chopped
Place bread slices in a resealable plastic bag. Pour egg and milk in plastic bag. Cover plastic bag with aluminum foil. Seal plastic bag with a paper cutter or taping.
Place 1/4 cup bread into plastic bag. Shake vigorously and lift foil off to sides just wide enough to allow large amount of bread to spill in. Spread egg mixture evenly over bread. Chill bread for 2 hours.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and lightly browned on top. Serve warm or cold.
