6 ounces sliced 1/2 scallops
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place scallops on the baking sheet. Flatten with rolling pin, pressing down with a fork until completely covered. Place on the baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl combine butter, egg, cheese, potato chips, Swiss cheese, garlic powder, onion, parsley and onion flakes. Mix well. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
