Moules de Pompadour Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

2 cups distilled white vinegar

1 (50 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice

1 (6 ounce) can cherry pie filling

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup orange juice

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup orange juice

1 cup orange juice

1 cup pineapple juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange juice. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.

While container is in container, pour and pour half-and-half into bottle, mixing. Shake vigorously and pour into bowl.

I absolutely loved this cookie. It was so simple yet so delicious. I did add powdered sugar at the end because I couldn't seem to get it to measure. I would recommend checking it after 1 hour 30 minutes as the sugar cookie dough can be quite sticky. Also, it might be worth cooking in a water bath like you would a normal cheesecake. These were a huge hit and everyone was very impressed.
