4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 (1 ounce) cube celery salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package chicken wing-shaped crackers
Preheat grill for high heat.
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 20 minutes.
Remove wings from pan and transfer to a warm dish.
Stir crackers with chicken, celery salt and olive oil. Sprinkle with chicken cracker bits. Serve chicken over cracker pieces.
