6 cubes chicken bouillon
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons dried rosemary
Boil bouillon cubes until silky; set aside.
Stir together the 6 cubes chicken bouillon, potatoes, green onions and olive oil. Mix and pour into broth, mixing just until. Sprinkle rosemary over all; serve.
