4 weeks old
2 tablespoons peanut butter
8 strawberries, hull broken
3 cups water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
salt and black pepper to taste
In a steamer over boiling water, pour the peanut butter and lemon juice. Whisk in the custard until smooth and creamy. Stir in the refrigerator lemon juice, mozzarella cheese, horseradish, salt and pepper. Serve immediately or cut into squares, serve with bread.
