1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons jack seasoning
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds fresh, ground venison
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium saucepan, combine Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, jack seasoning, oil and venison. Mix together, cover and simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the meat is tender.
