1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
3 bananas, peeled and sliced
3 large tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup crushed cheese
2/3 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Pierce tomatoes with a spoon and transfer to a small bowl. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, mixed vegetables, tomato paste, bananas, tomatoes and crushed cheese. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl, toss gently to coat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 215 degrees F (83 degrees C). Divide mixture among six 9-inch round baking pans. Pour about 1/2 cup filling into each pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup filling. Bake for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool in pan.
