6 medium cooked turkey breast halves - cut into chunks
6 tablespoons minced shallots
6 lemons, sliced
6 parsley sprigs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven for 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Place chicken, shallots and lemon slices on parterfry. Place on pan.
Heat oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Mix together chicken and lemon sauce, and let simmer 45 minutes; remove chicken.
Flatten chicken then add lemon-lime flavoring and black pepper. Transfer chicken pieces to shallow dish.
