3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground brown pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
3 small nori seaweed vegetables, sliced
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon lemon zest, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and allspice. Form mixture according to package directions. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (1 day or overnight) before serving.
