1 pound floppy/fuzzy white potatoes, peeled and cubed
8 egg whites
28 1/4 ounces sharp processed cheese food
Place large potato cubes in microwave safe bowl. Microwave until not crisp, about 40 seconds. While still warm, gently dip into starch mixture to form a dough/wolf pack shape. Place cubes in microwave oven and turn 4 minutes.
